The three most important aspects of our business are Quality, Effectiveness and Cost.  Our first service to a client, or potential client, is “cost effectiveness”. We not only seek to make our charges and costs affordable, but also “cost beneficial”. We understand that cost is an essential consideration.

For example our website design cost for a six page basic website is between $200 and $300. This cost includes Planning Assistance, Design Development, One Photo Session, and Total Production of the Website for the Internet.  Ongoing Website Administration is available.

We also offer an Extended Payment Option for Website Design and Development. The client may extend payments over 3 to 6 months at no interest for any website development cost.

All of our charges for services are economical. We seek to provide the highest quality at the lowest cost possible. Most of our services are charged based on $24.50 per hour. We pride ourselves on a high volume production rate, getting a lot done in a hours time. We charge only for physical production with no charge for creative contemplation. We calculate cost based on a ¼ hour basis for additional savings to the client. The hour rate for some services, such as ongoing maintenance and administration are calculated at $17.50 per hour.

We feel it is our responsibility to our clients to keep our charges a low as possible. We do this by efficiency and minimal overhead expenses. We do not charge for client contact or communication and planning. Our time billing logs are always available for client review. We take the responsibility to assure that our services are highly competitive in cost and effectiveness. As a marketing based agency we understand the importance of economy and real value.
